Weight Maintenance That Holds
The part most plans skip — keeping it off, with your clinician adjusting as your body settles.
Outcomes describe what these protocols are studied and prescribed to support — not guaranteed results. All protocols are prescription-only, individual results vary, and your clinician decides what is appropriate for you.
Care that actually watches the numbers.
The difference between a prescription and a protocol is what happens after it ships. Here's what carries through the whole way.
Labs
Comprehensive panels covering 70+ biomarkers, so changes get caught in data rather than in hindsight.
Clinician video visits
Talk through your results and your goals with the person actually writing your prescription.
Messaging between visits
Side effect at week three? Message your provider instead of waiting for the next appointment.
Refills on autopilot
Your protocol ships discreetly every four weeks — no reorder reminders, no pharmacy queue.
Dose adjustments included
Titration is part of the protocol, not an upsell. Your clinician changes course when the data says to.
Pharmacy you can trace
Everything is dispensed by licensed 503A/503B pharmacies. Nothing sold as "research use only."
Support, on your terms.
Most telehealth ends at checkout. The clinical work — noticing a marker moving the wrong way, easing nausea in week two, deciding when to stop — happens in the months after.
Ask a questionMessage your provider
Secure messaging in your portal, answered by the telehealth provider partner that holds your chart — not a general inbox.
Side effects taken seriously
Report a symptom and a clinician reviews it. Protocols get paused or changed when they should be.
Progress you can see
Every panel is charted against the last one, so you can watch markers move instead of guessing how you feel.
Follow-ups already booked
Check-ins are scheduled as part of your protocol, so nothing runs unsupervised for months.
What happens when your labs actually inform the prescription?
Peptides are signalling molecules — they tell tissue to repair, regulate appetite, or nudge hormone production. Signals only help when they're aimed at the right thing, at the right dose, in the right person. That's what the bloodwork is for.
Start from data, not a symptom quiz
A 70+ marker panel shows hormone levels, metabolic function, inflammatory load, and nutrient status — the inputs that decide whether a protocol is plausible at all.
A clinician picks the target
Your results, history, and medications determine which protocol family fits, which is contraindicated, and where to start the dose. Sometimes the answer is "not this."
Re-test and adjust
Your second panel is the honest check. Markers moving the right way earn a continued protocol; markers that don't get a different plan.
Where the gray market stops.
The vials look similar. What differs is who evaluated you, who made the medication, and who is watching after it ships.

Ready to pick a focus?
Choose the outcome that matters to you, complete your intake, and a licensed clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed.
We've got answers.
Comprehensive lab panels covering 70+ biomarkers, clinician review of every panel, your video visits and follow-ups, dose adjustments as you respond, and secure messaging with your telehealth provider partner. Every protocol is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it is prescribed.
Your clinician decides after reviewing your intake, your medical history, your current medications, and your lab work. Not everyone is a candidate for every protocol, and for some people the appropriate answer is no protocol at all.
Every Onra Health protocol requires evaluation and a prescription from a licensed clinician, and is dispensed by a licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy. Nothing is sold as "research use only," and nothing ships without clinical review. Gray-market vials skip all of that — including the part where somebody checks whether it's safe for you.
Onra Health does not employ clinicians. Review and prescribing are handled by a telehealth provider partner — independently licensed, U.S.-based physicians and nurse practitioners with backgrounds in longevity, hormone therapy, and metabolic health. They practice under their own licenses and make treatment decisions on clinical judgment alone. Onra Health does not direct or override those decisions.
Licensed U.S. pharmacies, including 503A and 503B compounding facilities. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved, but they are permitted under applicable law when a licensed prescriber determines they are clinically appropriate for an individual patient.
No. Onra Health is self-pay, so there are no benefit checks, referrals, or prior authorizations. Many people use HSA or FSA funds and we provide itemized receipts — check with your plan administrator, since eligibility depends on your plan.
Usually five to seven days from the day you order. A telehealth provider partner reviews your intake in one to two business days and prescribes when appropriate, the pharmacy prepares your order over the next few days, and it ships to you with 2-day shipping. Lab work is required within your first 60 to 90 days and annually after that — you can upload outside results or order your panel through the portal.
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time — no phone call, no retention script. You keep access to your lab results and clinical records after cancelling.
Still have a question?
